Terms & Conditions

At Higher Order Health, we’ve created a space that honors growth, wellness, and community. The following terms & conditions are in place to ensure clarity, fairness, safety, and an elevated experience for all. By joining as a member or using our services, you agree to the guidelines outlined below.

1. Appointment & Booking Policy

We recommend booking classes and treatments in advance to reserve your preferred time. Our scheduling platform reflects the most up-to-date availability. A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings.

2. Consultation Policy

Members receive up to four (4) annual wellness consultations with our provider team. These sessions are designed to personalize your care plan, provide education, and support your goals. Advanced or diagnostic consultations with our Medical Director are available at a preferred member rate.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Because HOH is a membership-based club with limited space:

  • Sanctuary Classes: $30 fee if canceled less than 4 hours prior or for no-shows

  • Clinical Appointments: $50 late cancel (<24 hrs), $100 no-show
    Appointments may be rescheduled if more than 10 minutes late, subject to availability.

4. Pricing & Prepayment Policy

All prices are subject to change. Prepaid services may be used for up to 12 months from purchase. Prepayments are refundable within 10 days if unused. No refunds will be issued for services rendered.

5. Returns & Refunds Policy

  • Retail products may be returned within 30 days if unopened.

  • Opened products, used services, gift cards, and training programs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are not available after a clinical or wellness service has been completed.

6. Guest Policy

  • Unlimited guest passes during your first 3 months of membership.

  • After that, members have up to 2 guests per month under their account.

  • Guests must check in, complete a waiver, and be accompanied at all times.

  • Membership sharing is not permitted.

7. Child & Pet Policy

  • Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

  • For everyone’s safety and comfort, pets are not permitted.

  • Only certified service animals are allowed and must be under control and housebroken at all times.

8. Privacy & HIPAA Policy

We are committed to protecting your personal and health information. Our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices and Privacy Policy explain how we collect, use, and store your information in accordance with federal law and ethical standards.

9. Indemnification

By participating in Higher Order Health services and accessing our facilities, you agree to hold Higher Order Health, its staff, and affiliates harmless from claims or damages arising from your use of the space, your behavior, or violations of our policies. A full indemnification clause is available in our Membership Agreement.
