Sanctuary Yoga Collection
From heat and rhythm to stillness and surrender, our yoga classes are designed to support every season of body, mind, and spirit
Ascension Flow
60 Min | Heated 95°-99° | Advanced | Power Vinyasa
An advanced power vinyasa practice of breath, sweat, heat, and transformation. Beginning in stillness, the practice quickly ignites into continuous, breath-led movement. Fluid sequencing, sustained pacing, and seamless transitions demand presence and reward it.
Built for those ready to be pushed, this practice refines strength, focus, and resilience through breath, heat, and movement. You’ll leave grounded, elevated, and fully transformed.
Surrender Flow
75 Min | Warm 85°-89° | All Levels | Hatha + Raja
This warm, all-levels practice unfolds in two equal halves: movement and stillness, effort and surrender. The first half builds through breath-led Hatha postures that emphasize alignment, strength, and steady awareness, creating a grounded foundation in the body.
The second half shifts inward, softening into long yin-style holds that support deep release, regulate the nervous system, and invite the mind into quiet presence. Two practices converge into one journey, an ascent from effort into stillness.
Ritual Flow
60 Min | Heated 90°-95° | Intermediate/Advanced | Rhythmic Vinyasa
A heated rhythmic vinyasa that weaves breath and movement in sync with curated sound. Every transition aligns with the pulse of the room as intentional sequencing, standing strength, and integrated core work build momentum through music.
This is a full-body ceremony of rhythm and release, where breath, movement, and sound unite in one continuous cosmic ritual.
Sacred Yin
60 Min | Warm 85°-89° | All Levels | Yin
A warm, all-levels yin practice built around long-held, floor-based postures designed to hydrate fascia and release stored tension in the body’s connective tissues. With minimal muscular effort and maximum depth, the body is given space to soften while the nervous system unwinds.
Periodic dharma reflections, often aligned with lunar and astrological cycles, offer thoughtful guidance without disturbing the quiet surrender of the room. Where the body opens, the mind settles, and tension dissolves into peace.
Meridian Flow
60 Min | Warm 85°-89° | Intermediate | Hatha-Vinyasa
An intermediate warm hatha-vinyasa rooted in alignment, breath, and steady flow. Beginning with a breath-led meditation to center the mind, the practice gradually builds through sun salutations into standing postures that are precise, intentional, and unhurried.
The pace is moderate and grounded, creating space to refine form and deepen the connection between mind, body, and spirit. As the practice unfolds, the floor becomes a place of integration and restoration. Where alignment becomes the doorway, and the body learns to move from the inside out.
Solar Yin
60 Min | Warm 80°-85° | All Levels | Red Light Therapy + Yin
A warm, restorative yin class where ancient stillness meets modern healing. Slow, sustained shapes invite the body to soften deep into the connective tissues while gentle warmth allows tension to release without force.
Red light and near-infrared support work quietly beneath the surface, encouraging circulation, collagen production, and the body’s natural repair processes. This is restoration designed to nourish from the inside out.
Resonant Yin
60 Min | Warm 80°-85° | All Levels | Yin + Sound Healing
This all-levels yin and sound healing practice is designed to bring the body and nervous system back into harmony. The first 40 minutes unfold through slow, long-held yin postures that gently release connective tissue and invite deep stillness.
The final 20 minutes transition into an immersive sound bath, where vibration and tone wash through the body and guide the mind into a deeply meditative state. Stillness, then sound. Release, then restoration.
The Portal
60 Min | Heated 90°-95° | Intermediate | Kundalini Breathwork + Yin + Sound Healing
A heated Kundalini and yin practice designed as a portal inward through breath, body, and sound. Pranayama and Kundalini breathwork open the practice, revitalizing life force and awakening energy from within.
From there, the journey roots down into yin postures centered around the root and sacral chakras, creating space for grounding, release, and creative flow. The class closes in savasana with immersive sound healing, guiding the mind into deep meditative restoration. The portal was always within.
Sanctuary Sculpt Collection
Strength-forward classes that energize the body while remaining rooted in breath, rhythm, and restoration
Ecstatic Sculpt
60 Min | Heated 90°-95° | Intermediate | Sculpt
An energizing, music-driven sculpt experience designed to awaken the body, elevate the heart rate, and build full-body strength through dynamic intervals and rhythmic pacing. Set in a heated room, this class blends low-impact strength work, controlled pulses, and intentional repetition to create a practice that is both challenging and invigorating.
Expect improved muscular endurance, balance, coordination, and cardiovascular stamina, while the heat supports circulation, focus, and an energizing sweat. Ecstatic Sculpt leaves you feeling strong, clear, and fully charged.
Soul Sculpt
60 Min | Heated 90°-95° | Intermediate | Breathwork + Strength + Stretch
A full-body sculpt experience that blends energizing breathwork, light-weight strength training, and deep stretching into one balanced, empowering practice. Rhythmic movement and intentional transitions build strength and tone while preserving mobility, openness, and flow.
Breathwork helps awaken energy and sharpen focus, strength work supports endurance, posture, and core activation, and stretching helps release tension and improve flexibility. You’ll leave feeling balanced and deeply renewed.
Sculpt & Sound
60 Min | Heated 90°-95° | Intermediate | Breathwork + Strength + Sound Healing
This dynamic practice begins with 45 minutes of sculpt, combining breathwork, rhythmic strength training with light weights, and expansive stretching to build strength, stability, and mobility from the inside out. The heated room adds an energizing layer that supports circulation, focus, and release.
The final 15 minutes transition into an immersive sound bath, allowing the body to integrate, the nervous system to soften, and the mind to settle into deep restoration. The result is a practice that feels both activating and restorative.
